I absolutely love Hannah she is constantly awesome my red nails are always fabulous and perfect she shapes them perfectly I’m from NY and her nail work is comparatively AMAZING EVEN BETTER then NY Love her work hands down you can keep all of these other local salons this place is a hidden find!

Went to get acrylics removed and the tech forcefully ripped each one off, completely disregarding any standard of care. I’ve never left a bad review on anything before but this was absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional (and painful). They didn’t use any acetone or even water, didn’t file the top of the nail at all – just quite literally forcefully stuck something under the nail to yank it off. Not to mention I had to wait 30 min for the “only tech that can take acrylics off”….. I was fine waiting, thinking there would be some standard of care used. This is so damaging to nails and should never be done this way. Not sure if it’s laziness, a lack of training, or just pure carelessness, but it’s appalling that a nail salon would ever do this.

So thankful for their services! Did my eyebrows and acrylic full set. The way this other lady did my eyebrows were ok, but Hannah did an amazing job on my nails! Prices are fair and reasonable.

Will never go back again. Got an organic spa pedicure. More expensive than regular which I was fine with, however she completely skipped the scrub step. Only lasted half hour (should be an hour) Then I had to pay an ATM fee to use their machine when clearly in the window states Visa/MC accepted, but not really, cash only. Worst pedicure experience ever.

Critical:QualityThe first time I visited, my nail tech was great and the nail design was exactly what I asked for! The last two times I’ve gone, in the middle of doing my nails they’d switch techs. It seems because only certain people can do eyebrows or whatever the case and a customer would come in and need it. The paint jobs have jobs have gotten worse; I’ve only done 1 color with no design. I got my nails done two days ago, gel polish and its already chipping. The first time I visited, my nail tech was great and the nail design was exactly what I asked for! The last two times I’ve gone, in the middle of doing my nails they’d switch techs. I went here with my mom to get a fill. My moms nails were done well but mine were very rushed. She handled my nails very roughly and left me with cuts on my cuticles. There was gel nail polish left of the outside of my nails along with acrylic powder. Very sloppy. My mom has paid before I could show her my nails. She saw them and wanted a refund. Immediately the lady that did my nails started saying she did a great job and was yelling at me and my mom. My moms nail tech apologized but said she couldn’t refund our money. The lady refused to give me a managers number she said they didn’t have a manger or owner. My moms nail tech wasn’t talking either but she offered to fix my nails. I said I didn’t have time today because I needed to pick up my sister from school. My nail lady followed us around the store harassing us yelling at us and getting the other customers involved (which agreed the nails looked sloppy) and even went far enough to follow us to our car and get in our faces with her phone to take pictures of us and our license plate. Very unprofessional. My mom told her she would be calling up her credit card company to have it refunded and the lady called the police on us. The police informed us that if we weren’t satisfied with the service we shouldn’t have to pay or should be given a refund. Just like if you aren’t satisfied with a good you can return it. The lady refused. Ultimately my mom received her money back from her credit card company. Terrible experience. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
