What services are offered at CharmDate?

CharmDate offers many services. The first service offered here is the matching procedure. Once you sign up and provide your basic information, CharmDate seeks out the “perfect” match for you from their pool of Russian women.

The second service offered is the admirer mail. It’s an email you receive from people who have developed an interest in you or your profile. Additionally, there is a live chat function. The function enables members to chat with any member who is online.

They also have call services. It is a two-way paid feature that enables you to call anyone you desire. Lastly, there is the Camshare video chat service. It is also a paid feature and very expensive.

Can I try CharmDate.com for free?

The registration process is available at no cost, but you will only enjoy limited access to the site’s services. The site does not offer a free trial.

CharmDate costs and prices

The paid services at CharmDate include:

  • Fast response from customer care desk
  • You get bonus points that you can use to send love letters to your match
  • Visiting any member’s profile

Further, here are the prices for these services:

  • For $15.99, you get 2 credits
  • $96.00 you are given 16 credits
  • Lastly, for $399.00, you get 100 credits to use

By looking at this breakdown, it’s clear that just trying to get to know someone will be very expensive.

Lastly, they accept PayPal, direct debit, and credit cards as a mode of payment.

Review of the female profiles at Charmdate.com

According to Charmdate terms and conditions, if you are a female, you only need to provide a valid email to verify your identity. The email is also used as a means of communication. Additionally, you also provide your date of birth and your name. The name is displayed on your profile, but the date of birth is not; unless you want it displayed there.

Lastly, you need to provide your current location or area of residence.

As I was browsing a list of hot singles on Charmdate, I came across numerous profiles that really caught my eye. All profiles that I saw on the site were complete and contained all the details required, but the pictures did not look natural.

The majority of the women at CharmDate look like professional models, and there are only a few authentic-looking pictures in-between. Some pictures are also heavily airbrushed and edited.

Registration process at Charmdate.com

Signing up will take only a few moments of your time, and it is very easy (too easy???).

First up, you will need to provide your name and gender. You will also need to provide a valid email address.

Also in the signup form is the date of birth. Kindly fill in this part while providing true information and avoid giving out false details. You will also be needed to upload a profile picture of yourself.

After that initial stage, you can proceed to a secondary phase of the signup process to fill in your hobbies, personality, and other additional information.

The process is free.

How do I contact CharmDate customer service?

A good customer care desk shapes up any institution or establishment. If the customer care service is poor, the establishment will not retain its clients and will not attract new clients.

Customer care response at charmdate claims to be very speedy, and they address all your queries or problems you may be having. The only way of getting in touch is via their website. They have a `contact us’ tab at the bottom of the page, and you can use this to get in touch.

Additionally, You can contact them by way of an email. The address is [emailprotected].

CharmDate usability in our check

CharmDate is easy to use and has a responsive website. The design on the site is effortless. At first impression, the dating portal looks trustworthy and legitimate.

If you are a newbie, you cannot get lost on this site. The signup process is very easy. There is nothing complex about the nature of this site. After filling in the basic information, you can go on ahead to enjoy the site.

How serious and secure is CharmDate?

According to the statistics, 10% of all online dating profiles are fake. According to the user reviews, almost all the profiles at Charmdate are fake.

That is a worrying piece of information that needs to be addressed swiftly. After reading user reviews and receiving comments at Ukrainian Dating Stories, I strongly doubt that CharmDate is a good choice.

After going through tos of negative comments about this site, I saw fraud cases on this site.

Wrapping up: is it worth joining Charmdate.com?

CharmDate.com claims to be the best place to meet Russian and Ukrainian women online. But during my analysis and research, I detected some red flags and warning signs.

The verdict is evident in this CharmDate review: With so many negative reviews and comments, and expensive fees for everything, this is a Russian dating site to avoid at all costs! According to numerous customer reviews, Charmdate.com is just a rip-off with an overpriced fake “mail order bride” chat.

CharmDate is run by a Chinese company, located in China, keep that in mind based off of rules and restrictions you will encounter.

I’ve been on this site for months. I happened to find it while trying to help a friend surf the net for a quality dating site, who had just went through a bad breakup. A woman’s profile caught my eye, named Polina, so I created a profile to test its legitimacy out and talk with her.

After creating a profile, you realize no feature or form of communication is free. The site uses Credits that you purchase, on average a credit is anywhere from $4 – $8 each, depending on the package you buy (2 credits = $15.99, 16c = $96, 100c = $399).

The site has the following communication options:

-- EMF Mail (works like email)
-- Chat Now (works like FB Instant Messenger)
-- CamShare (works like Face Time – 2 way video chat)
-- Call Service (works like a Phone Call)
-- Gift Service (you can send physical gifts to her, like using a flower shop)

I mostly used the EMF Mail communication feature, based on best bang for your buck. Here’s the cost for using it: It costs you 1 credit to send a message (think of it as email) to the woman, 1 credit to view what she sent back, and 1 credit to open any additional pic she sends to you to view and 1 credit per pic you send her (1 pic is free to send and receive, beyond that, it’ll cost you 1 credit per additional pic). Most women will usually try sending at least 4 pics to you, of themselves per message.

So in turn, just one communication to her and from her, can cost you anywhere from 2 credits to 8 credits – break that down into dollars you are looking at $8/16 – $32/64. Now imagine communicating daily with this person and begin to see the costs adding up.

Chat Now, has an array of different credit costs depending if you are sending emoticons, premium stickers, photos, video, scenes etc – bare minimum just using text chat between you two is .5 credits per 5 minutes.

CamShare, works similar to the features of Chat and its different array of costs. However, here it’s .6 credits per minute.

These features and costs, cost nothing to the women who are on this site “looking” for a good man. Only men have to pay at this site!

This was verified by the woman I was in communication with. You can now understand why this site is a huge possible scam and con.

I had even heard that many of these women get a % of what is spent on them in these communications, so they look at it as a job, no anything real between you two. Hence you see the same women’s profiles up on this site for months/years etc (you mean as beautiful as most of these women are in these pics, they can’t find a nice, good man? – ridiculous).

Also, where are the testimonials of the successes of the two of them meeting, communicating and got married..?

It’s a shame that this site labels itself as a legitimate dating site. If that were the case, why aren’t both parties paying to communicate?

Shouldn’t there be emotional and financial investment and risk for both, not just the men?

Many guys are more than likely going to get burned down the road on here, because all a woman has to do is promise this and that, to meet you eventually, while keeping you strung along, as you continue to pay to communicate with them. This would prevent that and more authenticity and legitimacy between both parties.

The woman I was talking to on here was a perfect example of this. For months I tried getting her to create a social media account, on FB, so we could use Messenger, so we could do all this for free. She kept coming up with excuses, “I’ll look into it”, “I haven’t be able to yet, because works has been crazy”, “I’m worried that your government may collect my information.” “I don’t know how to create a profile.”

Really? You don’t know how to fill in a few boxes to create a profile? You had to do the same thing here, pretty much the exact same way. – I call BS lol

I also heard excuses when she wanted to visit the US to meet up. “I’m talking to a friend, to find out more information on how to visit there.” I heard this for over a month too.

Another issue is, the site tries keeping you here. It blocks (stars out) any social media or email you may try sending to her. Probably because if you could, you both could leave and do all this for free.

I’ve tried many tactics to try getting my social media info and email to her (cyphers, letter/number substitutions, spelled out the info, even sent a word or two per message for her to eventually combine. Either she isn’t seeing it or she’s not acknowledging it (because she’s probably making money there).

So if you do end up using CharmDate, keeps these things in mind and realize the red flags I’ve mentioned.

The majority are not lonely at all. The older 35 up, might be a little lonely or just tired of being “humped & dumped”. Sorry to say it that way, but know this oh so well personally.

After living in Kyiv for 6 months, and living in an apartment there, I saw real life in the capital city, plus a few other cites, Dnipro, Kherson, Kremenchuk, and Odessa.

There are real women there to meet. Trust me, makeup, photoshop, and sometimes hair extensions do wonders for photos. I met real Ukrainian women, and even am engaged to one now, by just living there getting out into the city.

Sad this lady tried to blackmail. What she should have done was post the fraud out there for all to see. But, the really sad fact is Ukraine will do nothing to these sites, because it is bring in HUGE money to Ukraine.

A follow up after a few years of traveling to Ukraine to uncover this fraud. Took me some time, but I am a US Marines, plus a Scorpio, which is an extremely bad combination to piss off. I traveled to Kyiv, 9 times in the past 2 years, evening living there for 6 months. I was able to local a large amount of agencies in Kyiv.

I took photos, research the people guys and girls working for the local agencies. I even friended 2 people who either worked for the agencies and one who’s sister was friends with the manager of one the agencies. I even dated a translator, who works for one the local agencies. The funny part is she has a profile up on Charm, and a few other PPL sites.

For a country, where the average monthly income is around 250 to 300 USD, this is just a job. These people can make in 1 weekend what others make in month.

Translates to “A person who earned more for the weekend than someone for a month # work such a job # a translator of the English #datingagency”

This is from a girl who is listed on Charm, but who is also a “translator” for one of the local agencies. Oh, and she has a long time boyfriend. Have the pictures.

Stay away from this BS site (http://www.charmdate.com/), and the other PPL sites.

Hi,

I have been on charmdate.com for some time now (about 8 months, I think I spent around 300€) and mostly talked to a single woman mostly because I still can’t say for certain she is a fake.

I went into this knowing it was likely a scam, I mostly wanted to distract myself after a breakup. Now 8 months in, here are a few things I have learned.

Chat messages that you get constantly are all automatic, even a girl you talk with regularly will at times spew out a copy paste usually sexual message. I have asked the woman I’m in contact about it, and she recognized it and said she had no idea that her agency used her profile like that.

Even after talking about it and showing it to her, it continued for some time. *** If you answer one of these automatic messages, your 5 minute per credit count starts right there and then!! If you start a conversation without any prior messages it only start counting when/if she answers ***

I have seen some women trying to abuse the system a lot in the chat, so be very careful! For example reply to your first message instantly with a quick hi (to start counter) and then take forever for all subsequent answers.

Women cannot contact you directly. They can’t send the first mail, and I suspect the admirer mail is also automatic. Same with chat, they can’t write you before you write them. If you read a mail (and pay) they are then allowed to send another.

If you use a free chat voucher to chat with a Ukrainian woman, she will always send an emf mail right away. (You can’t use bonus points for first free mail duh).

If you got any problems even a little contact their customer service and complain say you lost credits or something. They often refund for some extra credits …

I haven’t really tried the call and cam services at all due to prices, I did try my hands with a few of the vouchers for the cam, but never really worked out. SO no comments on those things.

As for my situation, I have talked to a Ukrainian woman there for 8 months or so and as far as I can tell she could be legit. But there are so many red flags and suspicions that I just don’t know! At this point we are mostly communicating over e-mail (outside the site) and in a private chatroom that we quickly setup. I rarely hear from her, and usually only in short sessions (less than 1 hour).

Some of the things that makes me think she is legit are:

+ ask for photo with recent newspaper and my name written on it and her

+ face clearly shown, which she sent very early on

+ ask for collection of photos with different silly poses and in certain type of clothes (which she did!) what she says is generally consistent.

+ I checked the IP address on the mail and it is exactly where she claims to be from

+ Despite still being a billion times more available on charmdate than outside charmdate, we still mostly communicate outside charmdate now.

+ She was very co-operative when it came to getting her contact details, making sure she only had 1 (as it costs 10 credits per detail) and updating it. (she did give me mail instead of phone I asked for but oh well.)

+ She was also generally cooperative with mails; I asked she only sent the 1 free photo and not bother with paid ones which she did. However she did send duplicate photos regularly.

+ While I did find dozens of social media profiles her (all fake) many of the photos she sent me I couldn’t find anywhere else!

+ She has mentioned the agency she uses for the dating site is very controlling and there are things she can’t say or do because of her contract with her. not at all sure on the details.

+ But she said she regretted ever going on the dating sites because of this.

+ She was aware of certain information I found on her from photos outside the site. Like having bungee jumped for example.

+ Still haven’t found her on other dating sites.

Why I doubt her:

- I’ve never had real direct contact with her, (call, cam etc.). She keeps saying she will get a phone she can use to talk with me, but can’t with her current work phone.

- She’s available everyday on charmdate after 8pm till midnight, almost consistently, almost always answers in minutes.

- She’s very hard to get a hold off outside of charmdate, she mails once a week to a month, and she really only every comes in the chatroom we setup when I get on charmdate and pay .5 credits to ask to come -.-

- She avoids any progress in the relationship (since i bought the contact details) She says she’s nervous about giving information out and stuff, always has an excuse.

- Before I bought the details she was all for giving her phone number out and talking with me asap. Nothing since.

- She’s a model and that seems rather suspicious in itself on charmdate. (she says she did a few gigs while being a make up artist for some time … which seems consistent as there are very few professional shoots of her and they are old …)

So I am pretty torn between some giant red flags and some pretty convincing (green flags?). I probably hope deep down that she is real and sincere, but I somehow don’t think so. She seems like an amazing woman, very smart, very interesting life, funny and of course gorgeous (as they mostly are on charmdate)

So would be cool if this turns out to be true. But i intend to keep it running until I have a definite answer which I hope shouldn’t be too long … but i have hoped that for ages now.

My suspicion is that I’m talking to the woman on the photos sure. But she has no real interest in being with me. I wonder how things will play out now that gradually we are phasing out charmdate. She said she had no idea about any money making for women through the site, and was generally unaware how the site worked.

But I think she is making money off of charmdate, every chat and mail, and she’s just been playing along as long as she could.

I hate to have such suspicions and I try hard to dispel those without insulting her either. She didn’t like I asked for the first 2 rounds of photos, so gotta be creative for third try 🙂

If anyone wants to ask questions about my experiences on charmdate so far or anything feel free to contact me at marc.sublett(at)gmail.com

So yeah, I’m great at making walls!

Hi Krystyna,

I have just returned from a visit to Kiev where I thought that I was going to meet a lady that I had been writing to, but that didn’t happen.

I was met at the airport by a lady translator and two friends, she was quite pleasant going to my hotel, but once there, before I could even book in, she demanded US$ 100.00 for collecting me, for my cupid date and petrol money for her friends! I told her that I had already paid the agency direct for the cupid date service and after further heated discussion, she walked out.

Others on this site have said that it is difficult to get any details of the ladies in question, postal address or email address, when you ask for it I’m sure that the agency doesn’t pass on the details, they want you to keep paying for the contact, I am now a sadder and wiser man.

By the way, the taxi fare to the airport was US$ 30.00.

I hope this message will help others to avoid the same problem?

Well Krystyna,

I am a member of charmingdate.com, but I thought I would check reviews on that site and came across your site, which really got me thinking, it funny how a man’s mind works when he sees an attractive female, he forgets to use his head and becomes Neanderthal man instead, however I was writing to a young lady but after seeing the review’ felt, well I best find out for myself so I wrote to her with my concerns and asked her to send a new picture with weekly paper well what a response.

On a more serious note the reason I did not come back so promptly is due to the very negative feedback regards Charming date.com as it is being plastered all over the internet and part of the work I do is investigative work for a large company, so it makes this very difficult for me not to stray into work mode, but makes me wonder why such a stunning and intelligent person like yourself would need to be here,

Are you real or just pictures of a model, worked by an affiliate worker, however forgive me if this may seem negative but I am sure you would want to know that I am real to, send me a new picture of you with this week’s paper if you do not mined as I would love to proceed with this relationship and honesty is as you say the most important place to start and build strong ties with one another.

REPLIED BACK WITHIN 10 MINSIrina (Profile ID: C446277)Mail ID:JBJCGGD

On the fence also written! So what? The Internet is also a lot of crap, but also a lot of useful information. If you do not want to talk – I do not insist! I do not have to prove anything to you.

I thought that you somehow have to interest me, and it turns out that I should achieve you! Hahaha! Do not make me laugh! You want my picture with the newspaper? I’m really shocked! Maybe I have to remove the panties and take a picture?!

I know that this site is not very clean, but I’m not asking you to be photographed with newspapers and something to prove to me! Continue to read negative reviews!..Shame on you!Good luck.

Well I think I have my answer, the money spent is not an issue, so I thank for having your site available, informative and has ensured I did not have a money issue of loss of mind.

Thank you,RowVorr

Exactly!

Things (on CharmingDate.com) I saw as suspicious –

I was able to send my phone number by doing it one digit at a time in a chat but when I asked her about it in a letter she said she did not write it down. She acknowledged at the time she had seen all the numbers. The editting doesn’t edit single digits and she had been begging me to start doing phone calls.

(Have you checked out how they can charge you anything they want and that you agree whatever they charge is what you have to pay?)

I was able to take screenshots of things like terms and policies when I would explain to her things were not as she was saying and she was disputing. I used snipping tool and Paint from Windows, and attach them as a photo as proof. She then wouldn’t understand or agree what that meant:

I was able to also put my email directly on one of these snipped screenshots when I did Paint editting. I put my email right in the middle of text I had whited out. Right in the middle of their own document and then sent it back as an attached jpeg picture. I saw the picture I had attached had been delivered with my alteration, and she denied knowing what I was talking about.

She said her eyes were green and I then sent her HER OWN profile pictures that showed clearly they were blue and she said the photographer must have done that. How does she not know what “her” own pictures show?

I got past the 10 letters and did a request for information, but the reply said she had not provided any information – EVEN THOUGH her profile said “verified” and EVEN THOUGH charmimgdate says they verify every person who makes an application. DEAD LIE and contradiction.

Then I created a second profile and contacted her with that one and she confirmed she was not presently in a relationship and was ready to go for love kind of thing, while on my original profile she was talking about me sending her perfume and flying to Kiev.

Finally I went on the affiliated China site and started a chat with a lady that was about 45; not too attractive; and who had a profile that said she spoke English and didn’t need a translator.

I assessed she was real. I basically said we were both here for the same thing and that I was dating a lady but needed some advice. I offered to help her with questions about western men if she would help me figure out my lady. I didn’t tell her it was in Ukraine.

I let her assume it was in China and I think part of this was that she wanted me to know that she was not like those scamming china girls!

I was able to send her digits in chat that she said she received and wrote back. One at a time. I was able to do the picture edit thing and she wrote back she saw my email.

After only 3 credits she was writing me direct to my personal email that I had posted in their page, and validating everything. I also answered her questions about western men and she seemed more that happy that we worked together. She actually was very pleased to be helping a human being who was concerned about love being fake.

So for a bit of work you can save yourself potentially plenty of stress and cash.It is not too difficult to find out if you are being led on.

But yes – the pictures are fun to look at and the sleuthing to catch lies and inconsistencies is sometimes worth a few bucks just for entertainment to see how far they will keep denying.

Krystyna – good videos but I also think you could be a bit tougher. Just tell us which site you would “tell your brother” to use if he asked you one day.

Just to check the reality of this site i chatted with many girls and found that whenever i expected from them a seriou reply they started beating the bush so that i should write more and more and use more credit.

They are Russians/ Ukrania but they write so perfect English that you have to consult distionary because actually they are who actually chat but real professiol employees who are tricky and croock.

The whole moto of this site is to sucm each penny you have in your bank. I remember one girl who really prentended like she will definitely die if i igonre her any more and she was ready for anything. But when i started writing mail she always replyed that she want to know me more, i hope you guys understand. You can see doctors on this site sending you sexy mals haha.

My dear friends. It is clear that these sites are all fraudulent.

I signed up for it for a few days just out of curiosity and guess. I started getting letters from beautiful women and the type models.

And there’s more. they were not poor. I got letters from an attorney, a fitness instructor, a police inspector, a television hostess, (lots of laughs) businesswoman, and even a doctor wanted to marry me. (laughing out loud).

But I realized that the letters appeared to be automatic and not to those women. So if you guys want to waste your time and money on these scam sites. One thing I say. If you have your own love do not give your hard-earned money to these people.

Hey all,

I was dating a lady for the past 2 1/2 years. Thought she was the world. Till January when I received a letter from Charmdate.com telling me she was interested in me. I signed up and WOW. Not here at all, I get the introduction letter saying she has never felt love, yet she’s been totally in love with me since 2012, working on getting her back here, or so I thought.

I just left Simferopol, where I spent a quiet two weeks in my apartment alone every night, despite all the passion she wrote to me about. It was an amazing 2 hours together, almost everyday. Good thing she took holidays, and driving lessons when she knew I was arriving.

She spent a week in the hospital. But anyway, the woman I talked to had no idea what I was saying to her, about anything. Said she promotes puss* for the sites, not a prostitute cause she never meets anyone. When I asked about her manicure job, which she did as far as I knew for the past years, she said she makes way more money promoting women for the agency. That was just a hobby.

When I asked Julia ID #C844666 on the phone if she was just talking with me, she replied, yes but bad translator, I said again “was I just talking to you on the site”. After a brief silence, she replied, no it was a translator. I said ”so Ive been talking to strangers” – no reply.

Just wrote the next day, I hope we have no more misunderstandings. Not to mention getting more letters from different sites over and over and over. One the next day inviting me to Simferopol the city that she lives. I just left there like two weeks before, and visited her like 5 times.

Found out she is dating/ engaged to one of the drivers that drove me around for the past two years. Only out somewhere between $50-$70,000.00!

Apartment, translator, driver and romance scammer. Pro dater extraordinaire. Told me she never dated or wrote to anyone but me. Admitted to translators writing sexual letters to me. But sticks to the story she never dated anyone but me. LOL. She was dating her man practically the whole time we were seeing each other. She’s on practically every site on the web.

STAY AWAY FROM SIMFEROPOL!!!

When I recieved a spam mail from charmdate that my girlfriend of two and a half years was interested in me. I joined to see what the hell was going on. I signed in wrote my profile, based on her (C844666).

I wrote and told i came because of her and the invite. That she knew I would follow her wherever she asked me too. She wrote as though she just met me. Talked to her in chat, told me she promoted puss* for the agency. Her job that I knew of for three years as a manicurist, was only a hobby. Makes far more money at charm date.

It was only two weeks after I left her in Simferopol, but when I told her about our time together. How I loved her. She said how can you love me when we’ve never met, but she thought I was sweet. The lady did not know what I was talking about when i mentioned her week spent in the hospital while I was there. She said she was never in hospital.

She didnt recognize the nickname I had for her, or any questions that only Julia could know. I called my lady immediately to ask her if she was talking online to me. She said yes but is bad translator. I asked her where she was. She said work. I said again ARE YOU TALKING TO ME, to which she replied NO.

When I asked who I’m talking to, she said a translator, please dont say anything, i dont want any trouble. She was being paid $300 a month to use her profile. Suddenly I aquire a ransomeare virus that wiped out my computer stole my passwords and identity. Asked 1000 bitnotes to get it back. Found out my lady was a prodater running apartment, driver and translator scams with her fiancee that she lives with.

When addressing this to charmdate. My reply from a chinese lady is that “the language barrier between you both, pose challenges. Sometimes it causes difficulties in understanding each others words. Best to be more patient in future if you have misunderstandings.”

Hard to misunderstand watching your gf shove her tongue down someone elses throat, while typing I love you on a message to you.

Hello Guys!

I am unfortunately a victim of this website! I have spent something near of US$ 5,000!

I didn’t want to believe that almost all of girls are scammers or fake profiles until one of them named Anastasia told me about many of girls.

These were the own her words: “… As I know, there’re a lot of girls on this online-dating, who just playing games ,whose words are empty as well as their souls, they think only about money , or what could be worse – working on agency to make a business .I can’t say something wrong about it, because everyone has his own opinion ,but one thing I know exactly – I’m not such girl. …”

I also had received another one from Oksana which had written this: “…I don’t want to invent anything to interest you ‘cause you should know most letters which you received are contained 99% of lie. They’ve written with one purpose to catch you in woman nets. They are pushing to your weakness side, to your humanity and kind. …”

Maybe there are few ladies with good intention there, but all of us will spend a fortune before finding some lady really honest!

When I said I would request her personal information after 10 letters which we exchange, and I would like to meet her in her country, she stayed out from the camera field of vision for few minutes and I can perceived that she received instructions from someone or through an another computer.

She was absolutely lost when she tried to convince me that the best thing to do, it was to continue to communicate through the website because she has not knowledge of English language enough to communicate with me.

Unfortunately my dream was destroyed when I found out that she was a young scammer.

I want to report to all of you who have intention to continue investing in this website, all of you certainly will loose a lot of money on this scam sponsored by CharmDate.com!

It’s a pit that perhaps there is no law to dismantle this criminal scheme and punish these women.

It’s absolutely a case for Interpol! Another proof...

I reckon Charmingdate is probably a scam. I’ve just spent a couple of weeks on there and about 700 quid. It’s actually been quite enjoyable partly because the pictures on there are very pleasant to look at (whether they are actually pictures of ladies you are ever likely to meet is another matter) and partly because it was quite good fun trying to figure out if it was a scam or not.

As noted in previous comments here you can’t exchange any contact details with the girls because the computer software will bleep anything out that looks like a phone number or email address. I figured out a way to get my details to the 4 ladies I had been talking to after about a week of conversation with them during which time they had become so friendly with me that I could almost hear marriage bells with all four of them.

I was a bit suspicious of this anyway because I‘ve never found that I was hugely attractive to women before so being treated as if I were Brad Pitt by 4 at once came as something of a surprise.

A few other things had started to make me suspicious as well so I decided to do some tests.

I found out that I could put a classified advertisem*nts in a paper called the Kiev Post online for about £30 so I decided to put one in with my name, phone and email in and then tell the girls to buy the paper and look for the advertisem*nt in the personal section (perhaps not to be recommended as I may well get strange messages from some dodgy Ukrainians for the rest of my life but I suppose it might help to pass the odd long winter evening).

Anyway this was when my problems with the ladies started. The instructions to buy a paper and read the personal ads until you see my name and details are fairly simple, I would have thought most 5 year olds could do it , and the computer was not blocking any of my messages but all 4 ladies started doing the same thing in exactly the same way ,namely pretending not to understand what I was talking about .

Anyway on to yet another experiment. I seemed to have upset these 4 women so being a kind and considerate person I decided to pick someone else for my next test. I had noticed during chatting to various ladies that there was the option with some of them of a video link which I assumed might be live so I thought I would test this out.

I asked the woman with whom I engaged in chat whether the video was live and she said yes it was so I asked her to wave her right arm . It appeared that I had upset another woman since not only did she not wave but the chat ended rather quickly so I concluded from this that I was either just getting good at upsetting women or perhaps the video wasn’t live.

I have been comparing the number of women who are online at Charmingdate with the number online at what I believe to be a genuine site, Ukraine*****com. It was interesting to note that at 3.30am here(5.30am Kiev) there were 140 online at Ukraine ****** and 280 At Charming and at 6.30 here (8.30 Kiev) there were 450 at Ukraine***** but still only 329 at Charming.

You would expect there to be a substantial increase at around this time I think but Charming date didn’t increase notably until a bit later. This has led me to conclude that either all at Charmingdate get up very late or perhaps they are not communicating with me from Ukraine at all but somewhere much closer in time to the UK.

I have also noticed that whilst on the genuine dating site I have received around 30 emails from women and no invitations to chat. This is over about a 4 day period and would be logical because a woman would be more likely to want the first contact to be the slightly less intimate email rather than a chat , I would have thought.

On Charmingdate on the other hand I was virtually swamped with chat requests (some very suggestive in nature ) from the moment I started on the site. I measured it and I was getting roughly 6 requests per minute at peak times , which is the equivalent of thousands per day, which when compared with the 7 or 8 a day of the genuine site , is just not believable.

I think most if not all of the women are professional chatters employed by the company to get you talking and therefore spending money. That’s all it is , not a dating agency , but a clever money making fraud.

Hello Krystyna,

I am a member of charmingdate.com and have firsthand seen very questionable things on that site. But first let me tell you that I have met Russian women and even visited one for 5 years and I respect them and from my experience of know some of them I feel they are really woman that want to be happy..

I have met some on charmingdate.com that I can tell you are scammers for a fact! I don’t go into anything believing they are scamming me until I feel or see something that is wrong! And this one lady and of it is a woman who knows?

But she made me think she wasn’t real when she tried to tell me that she was getting her degree in law very soon but has never seen or heard of people using email!!!! With that in mind I kindly asked if she would send me a fresh picture and what you know!!! She can’t because she has no camera ok asked about phone well no cell phone and she said they don’t take pictures!

And she sent me some pictures but they was the same ones on her profile and I told her and she sent some more and they was the same as her profile too!!! One thing is taught about dating sites if you have question if this person is real or not ask for a picture with a newspaper and date.

And I asked her and she got upset so I never talked to her again but she keeps trying to talk to me and I also found many of the pictures there to be same ones posted for Russian scammer so please check for yourself before you start giving them a good review.

They are owned by a company in China and in the business world they are ranked at a 55% risk of losing your money! They are not a sound company and they are using women and it make me mad and should you too I would think because are you not from Ukraine or Russia? Why would you give a good review for a site that uses your woman?

Russia women and Ukraine women are strong when they need to be but this site has them thinking it is the best for them and if you cared about your own people then you need to go under cover and see the real story and I pray you or someone does before they get hurt or more!!!

Because if site is scam it will put all those woman in same place as the world will see them and it would be scammers and I really don’t think the most of them are! I think the site is and you or somebody that can do something needs to effort it’s too late if it’s not already.

Here is the big problem, I have with the site. Who is real and who is fake. I do believe some are really, yes. Do I feel most are fake and just making money, yes. So, the big question is how to determine the real from the fake.

I found communicated with a few women to try and figure this out.

I did not chat, I let the letters come in to me first.. after just over a month on the site, there were over 500 letters in my box.

This is enough to make your head spin around. I took the first 300 and went through pictures first. There were many duplicate letters from the same ladys. These were all the same, word for word no differences at all. I would take these as fake or a scam individuals. I did find a few from the same person and the letters were completely different.

After weeding though the letters, I then went through and picked out 4 lady’s to watch the times they are online. I looked over the profiles to see what these people do for work.. something a little strange was seen. These women were online till very early in the morning Ukraine time and I mean late.. 4am to 5am in the morning. Looks like someone had lied on the profile haha.. go figure.

The young one wanted to chat with me on camera to show me she is real and “True and honest”. The went out the door with all the lies.

The older lady wants to video chat and we will see about that. One other thing I did was in chat, we sent voice messages over. The older lady’s was very clear, the younger one had peoples voices in the background. I asked about this and the next time there was no other sound but her voice.

The other thing, I found was the information provided as to where these lady’s live.. They were living in a place other than what was listed, but this was no real big deal. This is for the lady’s protection and I get this.

Another way to find the fakes, look at the number of letters you get daily. The younger lady would send about 5 letters a day. Now, figure this out money wise. If the lady is receiving 75 cents per every letter sent and 75 for all returns and she is doing this will 20 guys. Not a bad day making money. Chat, video chat, Lady call is another way they make money as well.

So, it the site a compete fake/scam.. maybe. Are the owners waving cash in front of the lady’s faces? I would have to say yes to this as well.

The owners of the company are exploiting/whoring these women for money in place where the economy is weak. I will not judge these woman for wanting to make money… there are enough suckers out here with more money than brains it appears.

I tried to fall for it, but with my background the internet is not a good place to play. I read the reviews before going to the site, but I to look for myself.

Be smart and if you are horny, so get a hooker. Will will spend less money and at least get something in return..

Just my thoughts.
