Celebrated 60 Years of Curb Records With Labelmates Dylan Scott, Lee Brice, Hannah Ellis & More at CMA Fest Last Night

Nashville, Tenn. (June 7, 2024) — Curb Records recording artist Tim Dugger dispenses hard-earned wisdom on new song, “Lived Long Enough,” out today (6/7) — listen HERE.

“Lived Long Enough” is the third in a series of fresh releases from the Alabama native this year. Dugger might not be old, but he’s lived long enough to know a few things. What begins as a lighthearted ode to living fast, working hard, and learning as you go, ends as a tribute to steady love. In pure country fashion, the singer/songwriter shares advice about smokin’, drinkin’, dogs and Jesus before getting to the best lesson he’s learned thus far: The love of a good woman can get you through anything.

Dugger penned “Lived Long Enough” with Benjy Davis and Jacob Mitchell. Meanwhile, Brandon Hood produced the perceptive track. The original offering continues a season of new music for the country traditionalist, following acoustic-driven, gratitude-filled rumination “Man Upstairs” and a cover of Merle Haggard’s self-penned classic “Mama Tried.”

Heating up the 2024 NASCAR circuit, the racing enthusiast is pressing the accelerator on his “Tim Dugger and Friends Tour” hitting major speedways nationwide through November. The headliner recently appeared at select Walmart stores in North Carolina for pop-up acoustic performances ahead of his show at the Charlotte Motor Speedway over Memorial Day weekend. Moreover, earlier this spring, Dugger made his fifth appearance at the Grand Ole Opry.

Last night (6/6), Dugger took the stage at CMA Fest alongside labelmates Lee Brice, Dylan Scott, Hannah Ellis, and more for a special one-night-only concert event celebrating 60 years of Curb Records at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater.

Dugger will continue to debut new music in the months ahead in anticipation of a brand new studio project coming later this year.

AboutTim Dugger:

Curb Records recording artist, Country music singer/songwriter, and Alabama native Tim Dugger grew up on NASCAR racing, Gospel singing and classic Country music. He developed a genuine love for songwriting and storytelling during summers spent at his local music store jamming with bluegrass pickers. After being introduced to former NASCAR driver and team owner Richard Childress, Dugger was off to the races, playing his original songs at nearly every major track in America. Along the way, he cultivated an unapologetic artistic identity, rooted in the music of his childhood idols like Merle Haggard, Vern Gosdin, Hank Williams, and Alan Jackson. Tim made his Grand Ole Opry debut in December of 2021. Dugger’s set to release new music in 2024, beginning with the release of “Mama Tried” on April 5th, “Man Upstairs” on April 19th, and “Lived Long Enough” on June 7th.
