Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking an Of Counsel level attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience to support its cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement work within the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. We prefer candidates with law-firm experience and who have experience in civil litigation, preferably IP litigation, and internal, government, IP enforcement investigations.
