Support Our Community's Children and FamiliesNewYork-Presbyterian (NYP)’s Division of Community and Population Health programs work in partnership with community-based organizations (CBOs) and healthcare teams to advance health equity, empowering patients and community members across New York City and Westchester County.

The Maternal and Child Health Integrated Mental Health Programs (MAC IMP) represents a collaborative of services designed to improve health, development, and wellness outcomes for the maternal-infant dyad. Through MAC IMP, experts across disciplines and specialties collaborate, identify patient needs, streamline service connections, and ultimately increase access to care. Team members include obstetricians, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, social workers, psychologists, community health workers, doulas, and more. Multiple programs exist within the MAC IMP collaborative. Each program is carefully designed to meet the unique needs of new caregivers at different stages of the perinatal and early childhood periods. Services are designed to improve routine healthcare access, provide psychological support and early intervention, and increase community engagement and social services for families in need.

Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) Driver – Mom and Baby Bus - PER DIEM - Grant FundedThe Mobile Medical Unit Driver will transport a 40 foot Medical Mobile Unit to and from the parking area to all designated community locations. Sets up and breaks down for the MMU operations. Operates and drives the mobile unit medical unit. This role will also support the practice in an administrative capacity when not driving.

This is a grant funded position working from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, weekdays with some weekend work. Preferred Criteria

• NYS CDL Class B
• Experience as a school bus driver, shuttle driver or other large vehicle in populated city environment
• Bilingual – Spanish and English

Required Criteria

• High school diploma or GED
• NYS CDL Class C with passenger endorsem*nt in good standing
