1 awkward thing about being a designer/creative director:→ People expect you to be creative all the time→ People think you can just whip up designs and logosReality check: I’m human too. I have to get in the mood just like everyone else. For me, I need the atmosphere:- at my desk- deep house music- water with a lemon- no distractionsTHEN, I can get to work. So I need to hear from my creatives: what gets you in the mood for creativity?

I've created more than 500 Creativesand here is what I always have to face:- I still take inspiration before creating actual designs.- I still do competitor analysis to position my design better.- I still get correction requests for the creatives. Even though it is designed carefully.- I sometimes get fed up with my clients because of unnecessary changes.The point is,All of these come under the "Journey of a Designer".😂 🚫 Don't think, you're not made for it or like that.♻️ All of these will be there no doubt how experienced you are. You have no control over your past, as it has already happened.However, you do have control over the results you want to achieve.As for what others think about you, that is something beyond your control.You cannot influence other people's opinions.But, you can take charge of your own words, thoughts, and responses to various situations.Developing self-awareness is essential.It enables you to understand yourself better and make conscious choices.Learning how to treat others is equally important.By doing so, you exercise control over your actions and interactions.______________________________I'm a creative designer with a passion for crafting visual stories. Discreet clients… It’s not always the case of being able to showcase what projects you are on as some clients don’t wish for it to be publicised.I am sure we will be able to show some of the early visual designs in due course.All I can say is what a location and what great ideas the client has!#developrite #discreetprojects #earlyengagement
