First time here and was cut and styled by Vanessa. She was AMAZING. I took my 3 y/o son to get a haircut today, which I was already so nervous about…but she was SO patient and all around wonderful with my son that she successfully gave him a great haircut! For my haircut, I expressed all my wants and needs and she delivered. I needed her to FIX my hair and she did. She gave me THE nicest haircut I’ve had IN YEARS. I can actually look at myself again and *feel pretty* again! I highly recommend Vanessa! She is super friendly, patient, talented and an overall really cool person! Thank you again, Vanessa!

Critical:ValueCame here in late October and cannot say I’m impressed. I sat with Nixie, who has an awesome personality, is super sweet and friendly. However, I felt she didn’t listen as to what I wanted for my hair.I came in with natural growth at the top, silver/grey at the bottom and said I wanted to bring the silver up towards the top with an inch or so of natural root, and maybe even some purple. Nixie mentioned doing pink and purple throughout and possibly a money piece, which I loved. When we were finished, I had all my natural growth still in, with a few lightened pieces and my silver had been completely replaced by pink, purple and blue, with slight pink tinges that framed my face. I liked it the day I left, but it still wasn’t what I wanted and considering the cost, i wanted to be heard. The next day I went in for pictures and said it wasn’t what we talked about at all. She listened and said to wear it out about six months and when I came back in, she would cover a portion of the cost and I would be responsible for the remainder. I’ve had instances at other salons where my hair didn’t come out as planned and it was fixed free of charge. This instance didn’t seem like the case, nor did it feel like my concerns were actually heard.It’s been about 2 months since my appointment. After 1 wash the colors faded; 1 month they were barely there and now, 2 months in, they’re completely gone. For reference, I wash my hair once per week and only with color safe shampoo and conditioner.As mentioned above, Nixie was super nice, but I won’t be returning.Services:Haircut,Hair coloringCame here in late October and cannot say I’m impressed. I have had a few massages from Melissa Bishop before and they were absolutely perfect. 12/31/21 I was in a very bad motorcycle accident and dislocated my arm and had 125 stitches in my right shin. After trying icy hot, forces of nature, heating pads, eating ibuprofen like candy-I remembered Melissa and how great she was with massages and how knowledgeable she is with muscular issues and all things alike. I had a massage with her on Tuesday and I have so much mobility and I have not been chewing on Advil at all. Not once have I used a topical pain reliever either. I can not wait to get back in there with her. I recommend her 10/10. She has improved my quality of life.

Before I went there my hair had fallen out (Alepacia). I went there to see the lady who works with the wigs. She took her time and explained to me how to buy wigs. I was buying online. She suggested I should try thar way because they can trim the wig to fit my face. She was very kind. I ended up buying a wug there and she trimmed the wig. I know one thing… having the wig trimmed made a big difference (A+). I plan to go there soon

Nice environment, terrible experience. I needed my hair done before thanksgiving, and everyone i knew was booked. So i scheduled an appointment with Victoria. She’s really sweet, but never again. My hair was fried beyond repair. Instead of expecting a nice “butterscotch blonde”, my hair was orange with streaks of yellow blonde. And i get it, you can’t expect a nice ashy tone on the first session. But jeez, my hair looked and felt like a mistreated doll’s hair. It’s been almost 2 months and my hair is very damaged, sheds a lot, and just feels and looks very unhealthy. On top of that, i was charged 170 for damaging my hair which i could’ve done the damage myself for free.
